This project is our “back to the beginning” record. Rhodes, beautiful grand piano, an acoustic drum set and some percussion. We used to jam a lot at the University and just had fun playing our instruments. That’s literally how the project started. This is what we wanted to experience again with the making of this album. We didn’t want to overcomplicate it and wanted to capture what was in the moment with all the little mistakes and intricacies of music played live. Hopeful, soulful, upbeat, touching, dance-y, cry-y.
